Forum Terms of service

Using the forum. By registering on this forum, you agree to use it properly, and to refrain from posting any content that is aggressive, offensive, defamatory, hateful, or in violation of applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to post messages inciting or evoking illegal practices, or violating the terms of use of the service.

The moderators and administrators of this forum will do their best to delete or edit any reprehensible messages that may be posted on the forum. You acknowledge that all messages posted on this forum express the opinion of their respective authors, and do not necessarily reflect the position of the moderators and administrators.

In order to ensure the moderation of this forum, any message violating the preceding provisions may be edited or deleted without notice by the moderators and administrators of the forum. Any abuse may also be sanctioned by banning or deleting the user account. We reserve the right to inform your access provider and/or the judicial authorities of any malicious behaviour.

The below guidelines explain what behaviour isexpected of you and what behaviour you can expect from other communitymembers. These guidelines apply to, but are not limited to, Blogs,Posts, Comments, Messages, Images and Videos, collectively named“Posts”.

Administrator - From time to time you might see a postby an Admin. This indicates that they are employees of SimPod andresponsible for the upkeep of the website and community. The Adminsreserve the right to remove or modify the privileges of any member.

1.Spamming - Spamming includes creating posts with the sole purpose oflinking to another post, excessively communicating the same phrase,similar phrases, or pure gibberish, posting the same post multipletimes, repeatedly posting on the same topic in different places, orposting/duplicating the same post in multiple places. Remember, theedit button is your friend. Thread bumping is also considered as spam.

2.Swearing, Racial, Vulgarity – Posts containing or linking to profanity,obscenity, insults, personal attacks, accusations or abusive languagewill be deleted and can result in a suspension. Racial, religious orsexual slurs may result in immediate banning.

Masking charactersto get around the swear filter is still considered profanity, as isusing abbreviations that stand for profanity. Post titles are subjectto the same restrictions as post content.

3. Advertising -Advertising of any sort, either related or not to an organization, orwebsites is not permitted. Advertising through your posts may result ina suspension.

4. Flaming, Harassing - This includes any kindof personal attack, flame, targeted harassment or intimidation eitherby posts or private messages. If you have concerns about the treatmentyou are receiving at the hands of another member, don’t respond inkind; notify an EA Admin.

5. Religions or National Hatred -Posts that negatively portray religions or promote national hatred,either clear and/or masked and/or links to websites containing thistype of language can result in a suspension or a permanent ban.

6.Reporting Abuse - If you spot a post you feel requires the attention ofa moderator please notify them via email on the contacts list or theircontact can also be found in their signature.


Please beaware abuse of the ”reporting system" or moderators/admins contactswill be subject to the same discipline as abuse of any other system inplace on this site.

7. Personal Messages - PMs are subject tothe same moderation as the rest of the site. Sending offensive personalmessages to someone will be subject to the same discipline as posts. Ifyou receive a Personal Message and it makes you feel in any wayuncomfortable, contact a moderator immediately.

8. Impersonating employees or moderators – Impersonating an employee to post false information will result in a permanent ban.

9.Distribution of Personal Information - Yours or others personal details(full name, mobile, email address, home address, home phone etc) shouldnot be revealed to anyone. Doing so is at your own risk.


10. Signatures and Avatars – Signatures and avatars must be suitable for the forum environment. I.e no racist insults.

11.Multiple Accounts - Each user is permitted one account only. Multipleaccounts belonging to a single user will be removed. Users who createsecondary accounts to get around a temporary ban will be bannedpermanently.

12. Language – Text and Leet speak are not permitted on these forums.

13.Reporting cheaters – Posting the names of cheaters is not permitted onthese forums. Instead PM the details to a member of the Admin team.



Failureto follow these guidelines can result in your posts being moved, lockedor deleted, and may get your access privilege temporarily orpermanently removed.
