| So anyways I like in the US and here regular edition is $50US (33 pounds) and the collectors edition is $70US I'm wondering if it is worth it because of exclusive in game items. If you pre-oder it at EA you get a poster of the nieghborhood and a vintage sports car which looks like a vintage Ford mustang or Dodge Charger. | |

| Given the certain economic climate I really dont think its worth the money just for a plumbob usb and a booklet guide to the game. That you wont need anyway cause you can get all the info you need from forums like this one etc.
So no I dont think its worth the money - that is my opinion tho | |

| Yeah I am a student too. And it doesnt effect me either. I was just saying that if you were somone else it would. And I stil dont think the collectors edition is worth it.

| I definitely won't be getting the collector's edition. Paying $20 more for random stuff I don't want or need just seems silly. But I'm not much of a collector type person. | |

I will definitely be getting the collectors edition. I pre-ordered it anyway.
Um, i like that i will be getting the prima tips and hints guide.
But the real reason i pre-ordered is so that i would know for
sure nothing would stand in the way of me and my copy.

| When I go out to get my copy of the game, I just want the game itself. I don't feel it's worth the money to get the collectors editon. | |

You create your sims - build a house - they live well or they starve to death! Theres never a foolproof strategy - that would make the Sims boring - the good thing of The Sims is it is never the same! | |
